Area 51 Hits

Top Secret Traffic from Area 51 Hits !

Area 51 offers autosurf (called Hyper Surf), manual surf and also hover surf. There is also a banner exchange. Free members are allowed 5 websites and five banners.

I signed up three years ago and added my sites to the exchange. They were approved but after about a week I started getting mails from Area 51 Hits telling me that my sites had been rejected. They didn't tell me for what. I added new sites but the same thing happened again. When I surfed the exchange there were only five or six sites showing over and over, so when they started rejecting my banners too I gave up on them.

About a month ago I decided to try them out again, but it doesn't look like things has improved. Just days after my sites were aproved they got rejected. This time the reason was "This Site did not load". After checking my sites (and they DID load) I resubmitted them, but got the same answer. At this point my webhost had some downtime, but when my host had everything up and going again I once more tried to add my sites only to find that Area 51 Hits had put my domain on their list of blocked domains. I sent them a mail explaining about the server going down and asking why they blocked my domain, but they never bothered to answer my mail. The same sites they rejected are approved in somewhere between 10 and 15 other exchanges so I really don't know what the problem is. I wouldn't recommend Area 51 Hits to anyone.
